The plants have an erect, mounded habit and a rapid growth rate. Multistemmed and bushy, they are especially well-suited for containers but are also perfect for beds, borders, and edging. Open pollinated, Sundrops Mixture produces seed that grows true to variety, ideal for seed saving. \u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eAs the name suggests, Sundrops are full sun lovers, but they may perform best with some afternoon shade, especially in warm climates or during hot weather. Sundrops prefer moderate daytime temperatures and cool nights and will not tolerate hot, humid conditions, dying back during summer heat. Nemesias grow best in well-draining, moist, loam or sand with a neutral pH. Water freely in dry weather. Soil should not be soggy, however, or root rot could become a problem.
