Heuchera Fyre Wing™ 'Amber' Coral Bells

Heuchera Fyre Wing™ 'Amber' Coral Bells is a mounding perennial grown for dense, deeply cut lace foliage that changes color through the seasons. Leaves emerge amber in spring, shift to copper in summer, and deepen to copper umber in fall. White flowers rise in May and June, reaching about 14 inches tall above an 11 inch mound of foliage that spreads about 12 inches wide.

New for 2026 in the Terra Nova® Fyre Wing™ series, 'Amber' coral bells shines in mixed containers, as a specimen, and wherever you want foliage contrast and winter color. The finely cut texture stands out next to broad leaves and solid colors. In shade, pair it with astilbe, ferns, hostas, and hellebores. In sunnier spots, combine it with daylilies and ornamental grasses for warm, coordinated tones.

Plant in full sun to part shade in organic, well drained soil; clay or rocky soil also works when drainage is adequate. Keep soil moist but not waterlogged, then allow moderate drying once established. Avoid burying the crown at planting time. Hardy in Zones 4 to 9, 'Amber' grows at a moderate rate and stays evergreen in warm regions and semi evergreen in cold climates. Its shifting amber, copper, and umber foliage gives the garden a new look each season.
